Medical Portal
Problem
Develop a Medical Portal that can be use for a doctors office, there is two parts involve here, Doctor can see their daily schedules front desk can access different view that they can schedule appointment, other side patients can access their medical records, prescription and upcoming appointments etc..
RESEARCH
Due to prior experience of my knowledge in medical websites and medical portals, this is very easy for me to understand the problem and needs.
I had conducted User interviews by picking couple of doctors and their patients to get more knowledge in medical aspect how they can easily access this portal.
Went to couple of other medical portal that can help what is missing to add to the new portal.
