We already knew that creators had been requesting Rev customers. I talked with our Rev customers and also researched some existing Apps, but due to this is very new webcast feature in the Apple TV app, i had to research with Rev Customers , Cisco users who is the partner of Rev and also other App customer support engineers. I got better feedback from customer support that what exact feature they are having trouble and also what else user is expecting from this app. I had also talked few of our user Marketing managers . Out of the box i had a talk to my social network by gaining the knowledge of already developed apps pros and cons.
Here are some findings: Rev users are expecting whole Rev product convert into apple tv which can be possible but not in one release. I had a key role to divide all settings and features in different phases depend on user requirement and priorities.
